Very bad delivery partner

I'm not happy with Myntra delivery partner. Who is doing delivery the guy calling from another place then he said collect my order from there( The guy said he is very busy then he can't come my address) 

Atleast please put the delivery people will be able to talk English or Hindi.

Our communication will be difficult then my order also cancelled.

Flipkart and Amazon better for you guys.
