Flipkart is such fraud company. I have ordered 2 product and I have given OTP for one which one delivered but Flipkart marked delivered for both. When I complaint about the same the support team told to return the delivered one and they will return the amount for both. I did same but got refund for one stating they have already initiated returned and did not refund for another one. During.

I purchased one Blue Star split AC from Flipkart on 13th September 2021. I included a 2year extended warranty from Jeeves in the order. My AC stopped working and I raised a request on 3rd September 2023. But till today after 10 days no engineer visited my place. Jeeves gave a false update that engineer visited and they will visit again. Everytime I call them, they give the same update that the issue will be resolved in 2 days. Not sure what to do, please suggest how to proceed. view more

  it’s my 2 nd time order in 6 years and same issue Flipcart is send fake products or damage products not purchased any product form this online site try to purchase offline is good they said they send tech support team to check and products returned but no one came and not a valid contract No too

I bought a boat Rockerz headset from filpkart.But the product had some connectivity issues.Customer care were not ready to replace it.After 3 days,they accepted the replace request & after 4 days (on delivery day),they cancelled the replace request themselves.Even they were not giving any valid reason. That is the behaviour and value that filpkart give to their coustomer.Even they are not giving return or exchange policy.A very very bad experience.Now Flipkart lost its valuable coustomer

When request for return no one came for pick up and after 5 complaints and 20 days irritating me they declared timeup and said your refund is cancelled no one should use this site totally consumer exploitation

Am a Flipkart plus coustomer. Since 7 years service is too good. But, now they will cancel order themselves, they will charge for returns, charge for pay later. So, I shifted to Amazon.
