Eligibility of Cadbury Gems & Perk Dhamaka Offer

1. You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign:

1.1. You need to be a natural person.

1.2. You should be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India.

1.3. You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign.

1.4. You shall be legally competent to enter binding contract under the applicable laws of India.

All who fulfil the eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign shall individually be considered and referred to as “Participant” and collectively “Participants” for the purpose of these T&Cs.

2. Our and/or Campaign Partners and/or Campaign Partner employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren), and our/their affiliates, advisors, advertising/ Campaign agencies are not eligible to participate or avail any benefits under the Campaign.

3. The Campaign is subject to all applicable central, State and local laws and regulations in India. The Campaign may at any time at the sole discretion of Mondelēz be terminated/ cancelled/amended/suspended for any reasons without providing any prior notice to the Participants. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

How to Participate Cadbury Perk Dhamaka Offer?

(i) To Participate in the Campaign, the Participant is required to, at his/her sole discretion, purchase the limited-edition complete outer of Gems Rs 10 & Perk Rs 5 (30units / 96 units). Pack.

Participation in the Campaign is subject to availability of the Product in the market or specified stores, as applicable and indicated in these T&Cs, during the Campaign Period. We or Campaign Partner shall not be held responsible for any circumstance leading to non-availability of the Product in the market.

(ii) To participate, Mondelez channel partners need to follow below process: –

a. User scans a QR code and lands on www.cadburydhamaka.woo...in Registers with their Name, Number and OTP and unique code (to be found inside the outer pack) & State.

b. Upon registration the reward opens of cashback of UPTO INR 10000as per clause 3 & 4 captured above

c. Participant can choose between Amazon, Phone Pe and UPI as the mode of cashback.

d. In case of Amazon & Phone Pe: the reward code is sent via SMS.

e. In case of UPI: the Participant has to enter their UPI ID to receive the cashback directly to their UPI linked bank account.

f. In case Participant chooses to take UPI, cashback will be credited to your chosen options within 48 business hours. In case of Amazon or Phone Pe, cashback code will be sent within 24 hours via SMS.

Prizes of Cadbury Gems & Perk Dhamaka Offer

Cashback Reward :

* The cashback rewards are funded by Mondelez under this Campaign, for each Participant who complies with our T&Cs. Each Participant would be eligible to win only if he/ she has participated in the Campaign in the manner provided under the “Details of the Campaign and How to Enter” section given in these T&Cs.

* This Campaign is applicable PAN India including Tamil Nadu.

* Participants from PAN India except the state of Tamil Nadu are eligible to win cashback reward UP TO INR 10000, with an assured minimum assured cashback reward of INR 15 for the Gems Campaign

* For the perk Campaign Participants will be eligible to win cashback reward UP TO INR 10000, with a minimum assured cashback reward of INR 5 for the Perk 30 units pack and INR 10 for Perk 96 units’ pack.

* Participants from Tamil Nadu are eligible to win assured cashback reward of INRRs 15 for Gems Campaign and & INR Rs. 5 for in Perks 30 units pack and INR 10 for Perk 96 units’ pack.

* Winner selection will be basis the valid participation by Mondelez channel partners.

* By accepting these T&Cs you signify your consent to be contacted for the purpose of this Campaign including for procuring additional information that may be required for delivering of Prizes where applicable.

* No Prizes will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) is suspected to be incorrect or fraudulent either by the independent auditor or the Campaign Partner basis the information earlier shared by the Participant at the time of first contact or for any other reason.

Campaign Period of Cadbury Gems & Perk Dhamaka Offer

* This Campaign for the product Perk will commence from 00:01 a.m. on 15th April 2024 and will end on 15th July 2024 & The Gems Campaign will commence from 00:01 am on 20th May 2024 and will end on 20th Aug 2024 (“Campaign Period”).

* Any entries before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered. We reserve our right to cancel/modify/extend the Campaign Period or the T&Cs applicable to this Campaign without giving any prior notice to You. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
