Any reviews on Dyson V8?

Hey dimers, I am looking at Dyson V8 and there is an exchange offer on that item. Net net, I'm getting that at 21K.
But some reviews on DD says, it cannot help much in deep cleaning, settled dust, ceiling fans and it is just good for carpets, sofas, pet hair etc. I'm intending to use that for ceiling fans, settled dust, window cleaning etc.
Seems most of the reviews on Utube are paid ones. Any experience with Dyson?
