Hello
I have to pay around 30k hdfc credit card bill. Paytm doesn't allow wallet load. Will I get 1% cashback if I directly pay from millenia debit card.? Or any other options.?

Load to apay wallet, small smounts like 5k today 7k tomorrow using mill.dc, pay using gpay or cred choosing amazon upi "other upi app" option...

Paying by UPI is from the bank right. Then how come wallet money used here.?

You won't get any cashback if you pay directly.

As already mentioned by @Agnivo007 get a full KYC wallet (such as Amazon Pay wallet, slice wallet, etc). Loading the wallet gives 1% cashback on Millennia DC. From wallet, you can pay CC due using wallet UPI. Instant settlement.
