Click on the link on the SMS/E-mail to open E-voucher in PDF format
This E-voucher contains a QR code which has to be scanned at the lounge terminal.

Does it mean, In case of Regalia You don't need to give the credit card at the receptioñ? Only code you need to provide?
Then in that case, Lounge Emp won't be able to match the Credit Card holder name with Boarding pass, right?
Yes, HDFC Regalia credit card cannot be used directly for lounge access now as per revised T&C. It's only voucher/QR code based.
However never tried personally after this revised T&C, as credit card usage is minimal. I find it more cost effective to use debit cards for lounge access which do not have any spend reqmt
