I am using Biz Grow from 2 months coz that's what I preapproved for, what should I do?
bizgrow is a new offering right? I'm too self-employed and this had been my journey: business platinum for many years > business moneyback for nearly 2 yrs > fought for "normal" millennia LTF > now often offered business as well as "normal" higher end cards often, which I pass off...
Yes that's the foolish HDFC bank for you. They think if you are self-employed, you can't benefit from cashback on Amazon, Flipkart, Uber, Myntra etc. They never offer Millennia.
How to change from self employed to salaried ? No saving account
Self employed business nahi hai.
To kya, Zara batao...
Is there any guideline / policy changed for self employed?
No, change. It is just that they are now really implementing their 2020 (may be 2021) policy, where they had stated something like S/E will only be offered Biz versions.
Is this effect of this "The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Thursday tweaked the rules for credit and debit cards used for business accounts. Under the new rules, the central bank asked business card issuers to put in place an effective mechanism to monitor the end use of funds. The new provisions will come into effect immediately, the RBI said."
To change your profile from "Self Employed" to "Salaried" you have to visit Branch and tell the employee there, they can do it for you, but they will ask your work company name etc... to update in your profile
Note: THIS IS THE ONLY WAY
Yeah, for my father too it's only showing business cards, when asked from RM he said, employment is marked as Self employed that is why only bizgrow is pre approved for you, later changed it to salaried via netbanking and got now got mb+ and iocl as pre approved for him now 2-3 months after changing.
