First ram(Flipkart )no warranty from company so mostly these are refurbished ones ....
Second from Amazon there is warranty from company not from seller you have to register the product on there website so this is genuine product...
Both are good ...
Now one is DDR3 and other is DDR3L
If u have DDR3 compatible then both rams can work ..
If you have DDR3L then specific DDR3L will work

If laptop can support 1600 MHz max. Then buy that , 1600 MHz for max. Functionality
