Talkcharge chargeback

As we all know talkcharge freezed wallet, and it's not going to let us use the amount now, so I requested chargeback from credit card for this transactions, they gave me temporary credit and investigated but then the case was closed not in my favour stating the amount was received by merchant already.
My question is how can I/we escalate this further to credit card and get money back?

so to raise chargeback from credit cards? any common procedure, kindly share:)
