<p>They are fooling people by delivering wrong products to the customers and when customer raise return they deny saying that the product looks different from the site. They beat around the bush till the time your return window gets closed and denies later on saying the product can't be returned. They are forcing people to buy products which they didn't even like and ordered. Cheaters and looters. HATE YOU MYNTRA</p> <p>I don't recommend buying from Myntra. Myntra ki service bahot bekaar hai pahle to delivery product ki late karte hai upar se fir us time pe na dekar khud se time extend karte hai fir wrong product aajata hai to usme se 30 rs kaat lete hai fees ke... bhaiya jitna aap der lagate ho na product dene me itne me hum market se le aaenge

Placed an order for a Forver New Notched Lapel Collar Single Breasted Overcoat with Order ID - # 1255568 05434086555901.

Talked with Chat Support team to get the product exchange under Chat id: 72838957 and Issue Number- IN23123112462068570186. Over there they confirm me that product can get style exchange. But unfortunately, they are not changing my product and when contacted their support team, they didn't give me any solution.

<p>I ordered a dress from Myntra which was prepaid and on the day it was supposed to be delivered ,in the app its showing its already delivered and actually the product was not delivered to me. I dont even get a single call or otp to get the product..I registered a complaint and they told it will be resolved ind three days . On the second day in the app its showing problem resolved.How irritating this is..How the problem resolved without my knowledge….i lost my money and they are not even bot... view more

<p>I am an old and genuine customer with Myntra since past few years but this time I had terrible a experience I had ordered shoes whose size was not fit so I asked them to replace with big size . <p>Hi,</p> <p>I bought couple of t shirts, Shirts and 2 jeans around Oct 2023 however I have just opened Roadster Men Green & White Striped Polo Collar Pure Cotton T-shirt - Size: S – However it looks like I have received large instead of small as size is very big then small for sure – as I frequently buy from Myntra and it has never happened before. Tag on the t shirt is “S” but it’s definitely not small and size is for Large.</p> <p>Original tags are still there – but company do not care.... view more

I am waiting for my package since yesterday...got a call from courier service on 9th that we couldn't deliver today will do it tomorrow.. but did not receive it till now ..if I track it shows that it came twice in the hub close to my address and went back to the other far off hub...I am traveling tomorrow and have no wollens to carry and now have no time to go to buy
