I hopefully understood your problem.

You contacted them regarding the non-receipt of the redemption amount. They sent you a mail, asking for some details. You tried to reply to
that mail and in your opinion that mail was not reachable to them. Right?

If that is the case, what you do, provide the details they asked for by submitting the Contact Us form again. But, do mention any reference
number (if available) of your previous query and narrate the incident in full details.

GTM is one of the best, if not the best, paid survey sites. I have received the redemption cheque twice from them, without any issues.

In your case, what might have happened was the misplacement of the cheque by Postal (Canadian/Indian) authorities, as GTM sends the cheque
by Canada Post.

Joined GTM about a month back and have been getting a few surveys. Reached 200 points I think.

Still nothing from TPS this month.. not even a single mail :x

Received my GTM cheque yesterday for Rs 2692.14. It took around 50 days since I had given the redemption request.

@sandeepd – I suspect your cheque has been misplaced/lost by the postal authorities, you need to contact GTM for resolution.

@karandutta – have you completed all the profile surveys, they are quintessential to getting regular surveys and if needed update them just for the sake of it.

Its complete.. will update them again.
I thought it might be something to do with my account being blocked for a few days.. but if youre getting it then that cant be the problem.
I’ve had dry spells from tps before..

as long as its nothing to do with the account blocked thingy, its all good.

Even I had to mail them repeatedly 7-8 times in a span of 3 months to get an redemption amount of 200. After I got redemption I stopped taking their surveys. Waste of time

Agree with you bro! Get very less surveys from TPS and never qualify in any of them. Opinionworld also has been sending very very few surveys. GTM – It’s been 2 months since i last qualified for a survey. Don’t know what’s happening.

I did all these things, when I use contact us form, remdeption, then after some days a mail come kindly provide these detials, when ireply to this mail, this mail I think is not reachable

TPS have said they dispatched zipcash and flipkart for Jan yesterday (on facebook)
Havent got it till now.

as per latest coomunication they are sending a new cheque, will confirm, when I will get it

Had Redeemed Rs 400 Flipkart from TPS in Jan, But they didnt send me this time.
First my account was locked and now they havent sent me. No resonse from them too.

Had Redeemed gift vouchers from valuedopinions in mid Jan, yest to receive the same.
Expecting to receive in this week.

Had also redeemed 1090 points from Globaltestmarket for the first time around 10 days back.
Yet to receive that too !

No much Surveys from any sites in Jan and Feb !

Guys, those who have not received their Jan redemption (account locked cases) should follow this up with Zipcash by sending them reminder every few days.

They would ask you for some proof validating your account which you need to scan and send them. Once you do that to their satisfaction they will release your Jan redemptions.

I logged in to my toluna a/c after about 8 months , i had 40000 points, dont know how , havnt done any surveys for almost a year , redeemed them for flipkart vouchers
