Android, BB or Windows for BeepLess Recording

I’m a new comer, and looking for a phone for my elder brother, who just lost his BB.

So I am looking out for him, best phone which could support Beepless Call recording.
Since I am a die hard Symbian Lover, I have absolutely no idea about other OS supporting ‘BEEPLESS’ recording.

Phones in my radar, otherwise are:

Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos

Nokia Lumia 720 / 620

HTC Desire VC (He’s a CDMA user – porting is not his preference)

Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro

or any other BB device, which may provide BL Call recording.
