Best Graphics Card among these three?

I’m buying a new desktop and this is my configuration:

CPU: i3 – 2120
Motherboard: Intel DH67CL
RAM: 2 X 4gb Gskill ripjawsX
Fans: 1 processor, 1 rear fan and 1 top fan(120mm), i side fan (200 mm) and may be 2 front fans
Cabinet: Vulcam Gaming mATX Chasis
1 Dvd writer
2 Sata HDD (160 gb and 2 TB)

i have 3 questions:

1. Which GPU is best among these three?

http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon…

http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon…

http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon…

2. The difference in the price of 2nd and 3rd GPU is just Rs1000 , where as third one is a 2 GB DDR5 card and 2nd one is a 1 GB DDR5 card…Is this possible or is it just a price error?

3. Is my PSU enough for the whole setup?

You havent mentioned which psu you have & you have posted the same link three times, i have the same sapphire GPU bought a year back , you should go for the newer gen HD7xxx series

I do not understand why people always talk about big configuration and go for so-so CPUs…

i3-2120 is the lowest available cpu https://cdn3.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_sad.gif
2130 is the most popular cpu !

please check for cpubenchmark.net and do a search for different cpu and see the values. higher the values, better the performance.

Actually, all these shops who sells computers talk only about i3/i5 and not about processor speed.

They talk about 4gb/500gb or 8gb/1tb. They hardly talk about the speed of RAM or rpm of HDD !

Hmm…

All the best friend !!

The links are different, don’t know why they are redirecting to the same page….Copy the link and paste it in new tab and den remove the desidime portion from URl…

and i forgot to mention PSU is SeaSonic S12II 520 Bronze 520W

The funda is simple….If you want a gaming rig, go for a medium CPU but a high graphic card (only applies when you have tight budget)…The difference in cost of i3 2120 and 2130 is approx 5.5k…Thats huge for a tight budget desktop

Your psu is more than enough , whats your monitor size? More than 1gb GDDR is not needed if your monitor resoluton is 1920×1080 or less , you should go for HD7770 has the same performance as 6850 but uses less power & in some cases even beats 6850 & its also 1-1.5k cheaper, http://www.smcinternational.in/index.php?page=s…

My regular use desktop LCD is 19 inches but sometimes i connect to another LCD which is 42 inches…I know HD 7770 is cheaper but the reviews i read were not so good…So m confused

If you are gaming on a 19 inch & dont use the 42" frequently then you should get HD7770

You can get any one of the two , the HD6850 2gb version is useless

the HD7770 will keep improving in performance with newer driver updates , the 6850 is only sightly ahead right now , i would chose HD7770

Just for 10k…How is this possible….At ebay, i3 2130 only costs between 12k to 13 k….Dealers in my locality don’t know about these 2120 or 2130…They just know i3, i5 and i5…I went to a retailer shop and asked him about i3 2120…He gave me an i3 2100 and said these all are same https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_biggrin.gif

By comparing the benchmarks, i concluded that HD 7770 is a better choice for my resolution…But there are so many HD 7770….The link that u have provided me is of MSI HD 7770 which costs Rs 9100 where as on flipkart, there is sapphire Hd 7770 which costs around 10k and there are so many more on other websites…Which one to choose?

how much did the cost of your rig come to?
And 11.5 k? I’d buy an AMD fx8150 or a 2500k(13k) at that cost.
what about your hdd? I think you should invest a little more in the card for your 42’’. Im also saving up for a rig : )

The total of this rig costs around 32k (excluding the cost of HDD cz i have them)…

Your i3 2120 + 67CL (3 PCI slots) will cost 11.5K + TAXes in bangalore. I was talking with 61WW motherboard. that is around 9.8K

They might have told you the price for both processor n motherboard. As above said, 12.5K, you get 2500K processor (i5).

In some places, they sell as a combo.. so they do not say separate price for motherboard !

Regards

The link says 2x 3.4ghz. May for for two numbers ? Otherwise cheating customers..
If you need to use the crossfire etc with two graphics, you may have to choose a good m/b
If you need a single PCI slot, you can even choose 67BL (intel). That got optical out (i use optical to connect my home theatre)
DVI/HDMI, USB 3.0, eSATA, sata 6Mbps etc etc available on it
You should get around 4-5. Do not know today’s price. 2500K is worth the investment. I am using one. With corsair 120GB SSD, it boots to win7 in 7-8 sec https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_biggrin.gif . Am not into gaming. I have sapphire 1GB DDR3 Radeon 6450

See the http://www.videocardbenchmar...t/ if you need to know the actual score of your card (i am sure you might have done by now)

All the best https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_biggrin.gif ! Happy Gaming !

Thanks buddy…..I had the same motherboard in my mind….I’m not into stuff of crossfire n al….But this motherboard shows no integrated graphics card…..Is this a serious issue? and do i need to install an extra cpu cooler on the cpu?

The integrated graphics chip is on the CPU not the mobo , you dont need extra cpu cooler because you cant overclock these cpus so the stock cooler is enough.

67BL comes with built in graphics. I think you may not need it as you are using a different graphics card.

You need not worry about cooling for CPU as it is Intel (Do not heat like AMD CPUs). The default fan is good enough. Smaller compared to dualcore/core2duo fans.

If you want to go for higher end, go for sabertooth from Asus (14 to 18k)
