Best Phone under 12K

I want to buy a phone for my girlfriend in this range i.e. Rs. 10K – 12K. IMO Xiaomi Mi4i is the best phone for her.. But all the offers are over where it was selling for 9999. So should I wait for the offer, can expect it anytime soon? Or is there a better phone.

P.S. I am using a Mi4 and its specs beat One Plus X easily.
