Bluetooth stereo headphone

I am looking for a bluetooth headset/earphone which is noise free while talking (even if i am on roads). I do not want to go for mono ones like plantronics etc. Price should be under 5000. Should be able to wear even with a helmet (Takes car our very rarely).
I had something like sony sbh 54 (can not recollect the exact model). that was a good one though
