I’m 25. I’ve hard beard so i think trimmer wont help me out 
but i want trimmer to cut underarms/chest/pubic hair. 
Suggest me cheap and best trimmer from online market.
I’ve searched these two with pencil battery, i dont want chargeable as it takes too much time to charge.

I had read your topic yesterday itself, thought of replying but then did not. Its because the two choices you’ve given may not suffice for your needs. You would need to bump up the budget if you want a decent trimmer. For coarse or thick hair growth, a more powerful trimmer is required.
Strictly choosing between the two, both are good for light jobs. Maybe confined to shaping, lining. Actually the above two can be used as an accessory to full fledged trimmer.
For good results try in the region of 1-1.5k, this is bare minimum to start with.
