in my opinion..cheapest and good LCD would be from Toshiba at Rs. 16990 : http://shopclues.com/toshiba-32-inch-hd-lcd-32h… .. i m not suggesting sites like timtara (due to their bad reputation) where u can get even cheaper..

but as u asked for samsung/sony…
