Looking to buy a furniture from pepperfry worth of 10k

Btr. to avoid furniturefry.

b coz seems overpriced.
btr. u negotiate with them,
at least 25-30 % is required for purchasing them

as i purchased jewellary from them twice on 25 % discount.

1. First, pepperfry is not as good a site as flipkart or craftsvilla. The reviews are mixed and a lot of customers have been left disappointed. So buy the item only if you really like it or its unavailable elsewhere or if its expensive at other places.

2. If you decide to buy, make doubly sure that its sheesham wood and not mango wood or some other cheap wood

3. I agree with barood bhai… Certainly overpriced, and products are mainly there to lure NRIs.

4. In my opinion, if you’re looking to buy furniture worth 10k without looking at it in real , then think again.

They are sending coupons of 20% off on furniture, valid till tomorrow. You may want to use them.

As far as quality is concerned, I must admit that I know very little about woods. Recent 3 of my friends bought small bedside table from Pepperfry worth Rs 1700. All of them have got on time delivery and their are happy with quality and price.

I am from west Bengal…and I did survey in our local furniture market..but here nobody sells She-sham wood furniture. They prefer segun wood which quite costly. The design I choose from pepperfry was shown to them. They said similar furniture will cost me around 19k ( with segun wood which is costly of course ).

That is the reason I am thinking of buying this from pepperfry. After going through all feedback..it seems there is 50-50 chance.
