However, I will highlight it for you that you will not receive 1 year nokia warranty from anyone. The warranty would however be provided by the seller and generally it is for 6 months (it’s always better to confirm before buying).
Don’t worry, the product you will receive would be ORIGINAL NOKIA, the reason for this price difference and no warranty from nokia side is that these products are OEM (original equipment manufacturer) that means they are manufactured by nokia itself for bulk selling to any particular retailer. OEM generally lacks thorough packaging and other minor accessories like carrying pouch, user guides etc. and manufacturer warranty but are very much cheap in terms of price. The retailer can now sell these OEM as ‘a part of his own product/package’ or sell it ‘as it is’.
For eg. both Compaq and LG buy Hitachi internal hard disk in OEM condition, at a heavily chopped down rate (since OEM). Then, they fit the same in their laptops and sell. Now, the hard disk is original hitachi, but if any problem arise we get replacement from Compaq/LG and not hitachi.
