Recently my motherboard was overheated and now it’s dead..I want to buy a new motherboard now with new processor (confused between i3 and i5). .I don’t have much knowledge about motherboard and processors, so need suggestions regarding which motherboard and processor should i opt…Budget is 12k-15k..Don’t need Hard disk, Dvd writer and cabinet..
Suggestion consider ASUS motherboard
but that’s just a processor
and m confused between intel and asus motherboard

i hv already included this option in my priority list…bt i can extend my budget a little further only if a get a measureable increase in performance…In the last 4 hrs my 2 motherboards were dead due to heat prblm…nw i want a system which is best in performance n durability…nd i hv to purchase this only…Computer dealers in my locality dnt hv intel original motherboard nd processor…At ebay, these both cost around 12k

m going wid i5 2500k
From my research this board will be a better choice http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1…
bro its the best but costly i ll suggest z68 boards .. there are higher end as well as lower end boards
H67: Utilizes integrated graphics in a Second Gen i-core CPU, can’t Overclock
P67: Overclocking Capabilities, can’t use integrated graphics
Z68: H67+P67 (Does both)

that costs more than 10k…Total goes upto 22k…Thats out of budget buddy

I hv extended my budget and hv decided to go wid z68 but there are many motherboards in that category like ASUS P8Z68-V LE, ASUS P8Z68-M Pro and many other…Which one is the best among them? The maximum amt i can spend on motherboard is around 10k.
This was a best i can find with 58 ratings http://www.flipkart.com/intel-3-3-ghz-lga-1155-…
