AND ANY EXPERT COMMENTS TO BUY ANY PRODUCT LIKE PROCESSER OR RAM, AS I AM HIGH INTERNET USER

If you want to update for Windows XP, you better consider Free Linux OS like Ubuntu, Mint Linux, Fedora etc
as you said you are HIGH INTERNET USER, it is very secure, no Viruses and reliable.

Do you mean to Upgrade!
I suggest not to, Instead buy a new configuration, now the Prices are cheaper or buy a new laptop.
If its 80GB your must be old IDE supported motherboard new SATA hard disks are Not compatible with your motherboard, also new processors and RAM also wont fit yours. So, think about it.
If you need extra storage you can use External hard disk – USB
