both are good.. but drpend upon company.. like i have moto x play run on stock android and a good snapdragon processor…
and my last phone was moto g first gen.. same specs…
so if u want buy inbuilt batty phone please go for branded phone.. with snapdragon processor

Non removable but now a days most of premium phones are coming in non removable battery do as to get a good & slim shape.

Duplicate batteries are available for Removable battery types.
Non Removable difficult to find spare battery and changing NOT possible by user.
However this factor can not decide which phone to buy.
Processor, Ram, Space and Battery maH matter a lot more.
