Yesterday amazon told to wait for 24hrs,all the issues will be resolved.Till now not even one issue got solved.

GATI is showing a lot of attitude.Yesterday the delivery boy asked to collect the 1st order from a place which is 5 kms away within 1hr.My bro asked him to deliver at mentioned address.

bhai this is not intentional by amazon,due to diwali there is so much backlog, courier persons are updating the status wrongly so that they are not questioned, happens with all the couriers, be it bluedart, ekart,aramaex, dtdc, gati and even fedex, so all are in same category.

But I got one order delivered yesterday by GATI.. It was ordered on 13th Oct.. Much before diwali.

I’m not concerned about how much time they are taking for shipping,how much time transportation is taking etc.But once its out for delivery they MUST deliver.

5 of my Amazon fulfilled orders were shipped through Gati. Most of them came in open boxes though the product was fine. I know very well how arseholes are these gati courier guys, that day I decided that whenever Amazon ships my order through Gati, I contact customer care and cancels it.

Till now, I have cancelled 3 orders and hopefully they will stop sending me through Gati. I am kinda avoiding Amazon these days, upset with their delivery time period and the customer service.

If these goods are not important, get them cancelled and order it from somewhere else. Why keep running for your own products for which you have already paid money?

We are not bullies that these so called ecommerce sites can easily ride on us, make them realize. Just call the customer care and tell them “JUST CANCEL ALL MY FUCKING ORDERS” and see the change in their response.

yes..they are definitely opening the boxes.One of my friend got an open box (outer carton) when he ordered laptop battery.Just before delivery,the delivery boy called him & said he got a laptop battery.How will he know?? It’s never mentioned that contents is battery on outer carton Since they opened outer carton..they know what’s inside.So my friend denied to take it & asked amazon for refund

How many days it’s taking for refund? I still didn’t get refund for a order that’s cancelled a week back.

All couriers should be delivered to bhimavaram not narasapur.I don’t know what’s happening.

Its better to get it from local courier center,If it reached NSP.
Usually these guys take 1 or 2 days to deliver within town.. haha

One of my orders from amazon was supposed to be delivered on 29th but there is no sign of it yet. Its shipped by aramax and as per the last update its in Gurgaon hub from last 5 days. I just stay 20 kms from gurgaon and still ordered is not delivered.

Amazon will definitely earn a lot of dissatisfied customers due to these courier issues.

All these etailers should take stringent action against these courier cos if the quality norms(delivery time) are not met. Instead they are protecting these kachra class courier companies. Two of my couriers stuck at Delhivery Chennai (am from Chennai) for the past 5 days. Same thing with GoJavas, parcels have arrived at Chennai North last sunday but no update yet and now, one more parcel is with Aramex with no updates since 28.10.2014. Am seriously pissed at these companies and the sad thing is neither the etailers nor the Courier companies CC are willing to help. I called up Delhivery/Gojavas and asked for their address but they are not giving out saying company policy which I can agree with, if at the least, they take step to resolve customer issue. Totally unhappy with these companies! (End of Rant/)

And to finish off, Gati has posted 117% increase in profit!

PS: Atleast DTDC is better as they are updating their website at every point and my shopclues parcel has reached my town in just 3 days from Delhi!!!

Amazon and their courier partners are in over their head.

Shouldn’t just promise big things when u just can’t keep up.

Me too is a victim of Gati , Amazon alliance …. Gati always update wrong tracking info … I had ordered amazon fulfilled Mobiles, laptop, small products but every time it has taken more than 10 days to deliver the item … Not exactly sure Gati use which transport service
whether it flight or truck … I see many Gati trucks running in my city (Ranchi) …

^^ I think its depends on city where you are living.. as I ordered 3 to 4 products in between diwali time (pune) & all was shipped by Amazon Transport Service also all orders was amazon fulfilled.
Happy with service from Amazon..

E-commerce companies should first fix logistics in India rather than barking for 1st position.
I never expected such a lame thing from amazon as i was under the assumption that they were really gearing up their logistics service!!..
When it comes to India all sites s***ks and itz the consumer who bears the loss of time and energy!!..:evil:

I am too victim of Aramax and Gati
I contacted Customer care for aramax and they resolved the issue in 24 hrs
For Gati (speed) they seems to be helpless. My couriers are still with Gati hope they will deliver today

My courier also not yet delivered by Gati.also given complaint to Gati but no answer yet.

Atleast you guys are getting updated with the tracking status. What about these bluedart arseholes who are sleeping from last 10 days?

amazon cust care will talk only what is listed in their rule book. for these cases, they can not do anything. i was a big fan of amazon, but as i started facing problems with expensive orders, i realised that their cc is just for hi hello

they actually never came for delivery

Same is the case here in Chennai. My 4 packages stuck with Fedex for last 10 days. One comical thing is Fedex daily updates the status as ‘At local Fedex facility’. Instead they can spend the energy on delivering it.

Gati service is worst everywhere even if you order from some other site.
