Any idea about Yamaha Saluto RX 110? Want to purchase a new bike

Any idea about Yamaha Saluto RX 110? My cousin is looking to purchase a new bike. His main requirements are Mileage, good handling & comfortable ride, durability and mainly for city ride. He is currently looking at Bajaj V15, Honda Livo & Dream series, New TVS Victor. He came across Yamaha’s new launch Saluto RX 110 which looks good and is very light weight (just 98 kg). So we can expect good mileage and good power also. But i haven’t come across them on the roads. So has anyone purchased this bike? Any idea about the performance & mileage of this bike?
