Anyone Received Onida tv from flipkart?

searched online for leo4000fv model. couldn’t find any details apart from fk listing. onida site lists leo4000F (which seems to be edge lit) model but that seems to be different than what I ordered!
+onida after sales looks doubtful as their toll free number not working & service centers r limited.
tagging some random dimers might hv also bought.

Totally your call, personally I would have never purchased it… I am wondering why didn’t you purchase Philips ? I think the difference was hardly 2000 Rs between their prices..

yes, I too was confused b/w philips & onida. I had a onida crt since 8yrs working fine , so bought it but when I searched online, I came to know that there’s no support handle on social media, no toll free number, limited service centers, incase there’s some problem with the tv, the only option ll be to call them & pray that they’ll listen to your concern! no other options!

I too agree Mahi bro, i hv a onida crt tv, 8yrs still working fine. but don’t know abt led’s + now a days the service shouldn’t be a problem?? & this tv model seems to be Edge lit which is inferior to DLED,not sure though.

Sansui, Electrolux, Akai, Hyundai, Kelvinator and Kenstar are Videocon brands. Even Philips TVs are made in partnership with Videocon. But Onida and BPL?
