I was in a shock wondering why there has been no significant opposition to the recent developments wrt Aadhar by Supreme Court / Opposition Party / Traditional Media.
Glad to know that it was atleast brought up for discussion today.
There is only so much resistance I can put up with if they are going to deny my salary credits, and so had started looking for Aadhar centres in my area.
Will hold out a little bit more after this.

Main concern – When I recharged with 99 from their store, I got the confirmation message for the recharge in the primary number registered with Aadhar.

in July , when i got JIO sim , there was a mandatory column to must fill your number + mail id . also when my jio sim was activated i got the sms on that primary number .
this process is same till now .
but you are saying you got JIO sim without giving existing number ??
however that number can be changed later from my jio app .
also for getting info no need of aadhar , govt can get details from any ID proof and sell them . any organisation where you work can sell them .

Aadhaar is ‘voluntary’ but without it you can’t have a bank account, any gov subsidy, a mobile connection, a PAN, can’t file a court case, can’t purchase liquor now in some states so on… but that doesn’t infringe on the Indian citizen’s right to equality.

I strongly object to the point that businessmen are corrupt/chors. I believe it’s a individual choice. People who are salaried pay taxes because they get salaries in bank account. Start handing out cash and even salaried people won’t pay taxes. Even amongst those who get salaries in bankz hardly anyone declares their FD interest and other sources of income. Salaried people even show that they pay rent to their own family members. But don’t declare the same income in their family members IT returns.
Moral: paying tax or not is a individuals choice. You blame businesses because they have lot of scope. Give scope to common man and he’ll equally exploit it..
Banks NPAs is rising because of corrupt bank officials and businessmens. I suggest govt. should make a law of public hanging of corrupt officials. and attach officials and its family’s property.

Try going back to the registration center where he enrolled and ask them to look in their records.

Saying that this would have "huge consequences’, Sibal claimed that Aadhar data can be hacked and be used to make bank transactions. "Banking transactions can be hacked, can track people using travel records, when the Pentagon can be hacked why can’t this be?’ Sibal said.
Sibal explained that under the UPA government, the purpose of rolling out the Aadhar was to ensure that the government schemes would reach the targeted people.

Questioning the Finance Ministry’s move to link Aadhar with I-T filing and PAN cards, Sibal said they were being "disrespectful to the Supreme Court’. “You have to answer this as to why you have done this, and why you have been so disrespectful of the Supreme Court orders,” he said. “Your explanation can only be the arrogance of power.”
He also questioned the way 40 amendments were added to The Finance Bill, which is a money and does not require the approval of the Upper House. “You will go down in history as those who muffle the voice of this House,” he said.
“Just because you’ve won an election doesn’t mean you have won the country. It doesn’t appear that you have any intentions of changing the country. Before elections you talk of loan waiver, post elections you don’t give the waiver. What have you done to address unemployment? It’s still on the rise,” he said.
