Be careful to buy anything from Amazon seller Starmark

I placed an order on 15/July/2016 from this seller Starmark. Product was Mitashi Dash Lamborghini Aventador Rechargeable kids car.
I received the product on 23/Jul/2016 approximately after 8 days thru India Post. I was totally surprised that seller sent me the skykidz sky-doh (something kind of clay colors) . A totally wrong product is delivered by this seller. I contacted Amazon CC, they told me not to worry, we initiate return request for this so you will get your refund. And I agreed for that. After they told me I need to do a self return. It means I need to arrange for courier, arrange for printing the label and pay for courier charges, and that will be reimburse.
When I checked the seller feedback, and I realized that the seller is doing such nonsense thing intensely so many times with Amazon customers. then i wrote feedback for this seller, that he sent me wrong product so guys think twice to buy from this seller. On next day my feedback was deleted from the seller feedback section. I contacted Amazon for this, they assured me that they will investigate the same and revert back & arrange me to write feedback again. but till today i don`t have any options to write feedback again for this seller. After all this i decided I’m not going to do a self return. Its not my fault so I contacted Amazon CC regarding this ..I’m ready to return the product without self return. But i felt Amazon tried to force me for self return instead of taking any action to that fraud seller.
After all this, I submitted A-to-z Guarantee claim, I don’t know what will happen. So guys be careful from such sellers.

Keep writing to them thru email, fb and twitter. Post the pics of both the products recd and shown on amazon. Ask them to organize return.

Better courier it back yourself if it’s costly item to avoid time consuming hassles. Then pursue the case for feedback.

Because you received via India Post, so there is no Amazon pick up service in that area. So, I think you have to do this.

Yeah, just have to submit the courier slip for this, Though for me they offered gift card not cheque

Sahi hai , lekin vo seller Intensely ye sab kar raha hai… Usko sabak milna chahiye, varna wo fir se kisi aur ke sath karega…

either he is doing this knowingly or their inventory itself is messed up
All Amazon-fulfilled orders are handled over by Amazon itself (Product selection, shipping from amazon warehouse), seller has not much control over here

Seller doing it deliberately…
Always check seller feedback even if you buy from a trusted seller.
Its cumbersome to arrange self return.
Since the product is sent by india post ,u will have to do self return
If u wnt refund to bhej do warna kuch nahi hoga,its not flipkart jo aasani se return kar leta ha
They will not arrange reverse pickup
