Hello Thalada, actually i did see your post in the morning, shortly after 2186fication of DnD in the day.
but then I thought, i won’t respond till you promise to get us http://magazine.designbest.com/globalassets/blo... as gifts :blushock:
though no first person exposure with current stock of third party insurance. I did extensively check the extended warranty plans/brands that were launched via Infibeam few years back and later on other sites too. [mostly Onsite Secure Extended Warranty is not insurance]
Spice under its saholic brand, Ingram Micro are two of the older private players in this space. Syska is the more recent one.
Infyshield as per an acquaintance of mine gave him an acceptable service/ help but in that case it was just water damage.
the sad thing in this business is the oft repeated line: the Devil is in the detail.
while some companies merely act as logistics firms merely carrying your device to and fro and on some pretext denying responsibility of repair costs for x y or z reasons
others have typical exclusions or minimum deduction requirement.
so it is better you study the details from all , grill them on specific doubts if you have any and then decide.
I can say that sarkari players like New India Assurance Co. are options worth considering as they have a still better process/ attitude towards claim settlement.
ceteris paribus Applecare+ is a great option for their devices, but it has to be available locally and is for Apple.
someone once told me http://www.mymobileinsurance.com/Mobile-Insuran... are avoidable as they draft an ambiguous contract.
things might have changed, never know.
the cheapest option I remember in small stuff was to get our item tagged along with/in any householder’s policy of a family or relative, works out well at times.
but no idea if mobiles. laptops (that are likely to be taken out of premises) can get same treatment as other articles.

There are many third party insurance providers that provide mobile insurance for an year for as low as rs 500
And from what I have heard from others they are relaible and do pay the consumers in case the mobile is lost or stolen
i heard times global insurance is best n give 90% of value of phone within 1 year
mera 7000 ka phone vohich kaam karta hey. best insurance buy a 8000 bucks phone for daily use and rainly season. use your expensive gadget only when you need to demonstrate your “aukat” to people you have to.

Do you have any name for those one? the subscription depends on the value of the mobile unfortunately.
I don’t remember the names now bro
Visit local markets you will find many though
Afaik subscription charges weren’t depended on mobile costs
