Bigbasket MyGalaxy Coupon reappears in App on 29th September

Bigbasket My galaxy Coupon Rs. 100 of on Rs. 500 have started getting generated again. The Bigbasket option which was removed from MyGalaxy App now appears under Home category list and not under Services. I just generated third time in September from same account and used immediately.
Expires on 30 September 2016 as per terms.

Validity of coupons now extended till October 31. But getting one coupon code per account only.
BigBasket is sometimes automatically removing the coupon discount once you make the payment from the wallet and charging full amount.
Spoke to their floor supervisor who informed me that they are enforcing the two coupons per month per account limit now. I told her that it’s ridiculous and deceptive for the website to apply the coupon and show the discount, only to then charge the full amount for the order from the funds in the BB wallet. Needless to say, the coupon also becomes unusable in other accounts.

I spent hours in conversations over phone and via email with various Amazon executives including those from their resolutions department about the conflicting responses regarding the terms for bank cashback on third party GCs. They have simply repeated the same statements this time as well. That clearly shows they have taken their customers for granted. I try my best to avoid contacting them now since they have roped in a gang of dumbheads in their team. They can’t even speak properly let alone understand our query and attend to it. Moreover, I’ve started experiencing a bit of “Flipkart” touch in them now. The last few days have made me think a lot about how sensible shipping online is. That’s why I’ve not paid much attention to deals today.
