today when i tracked the shipment of paytm order for blackberry z3

RAther than waiting call their customer support and ask them why ?
reasons can be anything from incorrect PIN code or unable to find address or customer unavailable.
No need to worry…this is very common in Bluedart
The detailed status of shipment will be with CC…just cal them if you have any doubt.
They normally update like this in case of delay
I had order on shop clues it was despatched through blue dart .it’s pick up date was 10/10/14 till today not delivered . when I track there is last updated 22nd oct.
They never pick up the call also have not customer care no.
also they update false status on tracking .
I bought memory card from eBay seller ship through bludart but they said parcel is missing and they are searching it. Should I claim to my money? If yes then where I claim? Any senior official I’d?
As others have mentioned, this is common in Bluedart and there is no reason to worry. They will update the status in a day or two. I had suffered with Bluedart in the last 10 days and all the delays are apparently huge backlog because of Diwali. Even my OnePlus One phone was stuck with them for 15 days but finally got delivered on 28 Oct after 14days. If you have any doubts, do call them but CC rep are not updated as even their websites.

This happens frequently with Bluedart ! Nothing to panic. It is irrespective of the shipment amount and product.
Bluedart probably has not defined a proper response code in their system for the status the courier guys wanted to put …… so they randomly put Contact Customer service . It has nothing to do with the customer . Just wait for your shipment !
