On the top right corner of this website, there is a search box. Do not type anything in the “Search for” textbox, select “Forums” in the dropdown, and hit the Search (magnifying glass) icon. This will give you a list of all the topics sorted chronologically.

This functionality is missing in the latest web portal. I am unable to search only forum with keywords.
