I will be frank here.
My friend’s redmi 3s prime got damaged in a accident.
he bought it in the first sale on 9th.
I can buy a insurance if we can send them images of mobile with imei no on the screen.
however his screen is broken.
If some has a golden variant and can help me, please pm me and i will forward you a screenshot…
I highly appreciate if someone can help him.

i suppose, the imei is written on the back panel of the phone? (i am not sure as i haven’t seen the phone personally).
send a pic of that, or make a video covering the front and back of the phone, and send that to them
