Does DigiBank ban accounts?

Does DigiBank ban accounts if we create multiple accounts from same device or something like that?
Tell only if you know about some precedent. Please don’t say that it is a bank so be careful, etc. etc.

You are unable to sign in but can you still do transactions? For e.g. Can you fund your dbs ac via IMPS and transact via dbs debit card?
