Update : customer care people told that this is the extra charge for using prepaid card and this will be credited back within one day

Metro card recharge : some extra amount charged but gets refunded later.

I was charged during my first use of Payzapp card outside Payzapp, when I used it to load Oxigen wallet (Sometime in Oct/Nov 2015).
I remember Payzapp CC describing it as a “Surcharge” and that it would be refunded to my wallet in case the merchant does not claim it. And refund they did in about 5 working days.
