Guys, if you come across any Fraud seller or if you have a very good experience with any seller, lets share it here. So that we all can have a look at the list before purchasing anything from ebay.
I Will be updating the list when you share any or I request any MODs to take an initiative n update accordingly.
Am creating this thread after seeing a Deal which was even suggested for FPD by fellow dimers as most of us were not aware of that Fraud seller.

Please never buy any heavy electronic product, branded watches and smartphones from eBay … because eBay guarantee doesn’t cover quality issue.

I bought Sony Rechargeable 2 AA Batteries 7 months back from gadgetcareonline. They turned out to be duds. They don’t hold charge any longer.

I brought a 15,000/- worth electronic item from ebay and sent it back as it was faulty the seller stalled me for 3 and half months and now he’s not willing to help, even ebay says it was covered under seller warranty we cannot do anything, can anyone here tell me procedure to file legal law suite or consumer court case or any FIR which might help me as the seller is in different state how can i get my money back? please guide

don’t know where to file case with police or with district court, my product is only 15k if I hire a advocate with this process he’ll charge 10k and still with a lot of time frame, still confused but thank you for your help

This is an incident happened around Jan-Feb 2016. Sharing an experience of the a transaction with the seller rockingdeals-technix.
A friend had bought a mobile phone from this seller on eBay.in for around INR 20,000.
Friend received a different, old damaged model with completely broken screen. After contacting the seller, he denied saying that he had sent a correct product and it must have been changed in the “delivery process”. Like seriously? To me it did sound ridiculous that the package was tampered in the delivery process. He didn’t accept it at all and from his answer it was evident he was trying to make up reasons and then he abruptly hung up the call.
My friend had to take it with eBay customer support who kept answering – Yes we are looking into it. Yes we will get back to you within 48 hours. We will refund your money. We will take action against the seller. etc etc.
This went on for more than 50 days. After a large number of emails and calls and waiting period, eBay refunded the amount. I do not know what happened to the seller. Very frustrating it was!
I do not know how he has got so many positive reviews. I do not know eBay enough to declare that those are fake review. Seller’s page: http://www.ebay.in/usr/rockingdeals-technix?_tr... You can check other negative reviews about him on Google reviews.
I leave it up to you whether to call rockingdeals-technix a fraud or not.
But for sure I won’t be buying anything at all from this seller or eBay for that matter.
