Ebay Powership -- Is It Just A Joke?

Powership have many issues especially no after sale service..no really means no…since he is new, so have patience with pick up…by his 2-3rd pick up, things will be better…most of the time, i dont wait for ebay to generate pick up token and instead call the person from that courier company that products are waiting to be dispatched..i ship only 2-3 times a week and over 90% of the time, they come for pick up the same day with just a phone call ..

in this case, you can call bluedart cc with that token no. informing that its a tv and a 4 wheeler is needed for pick up.. forget any help from ebay and seller also can’t do much as lack of after sale service from ebay…

in my case, its been over 3-5 months that i am on powership but till date dtdc never came to pick up the product..after numerous complaints to dtdc and ebay, i opted to refund dtdc marked shipments…if margin is sufficient and product is not fragile enough than i ship through dtdc/first flight franchisee by cash mode for dtdc powership or non powership orders….

I requested for power ship but they did not responded .. no clear grounds why not given to me

I wonder if such a thing is possible on ebay.com? Will they be able to treat the parties like this and still be in good business? This is a thoroughly fcuked up society we are living in.

bhai calm down, right now diwali pressure is there, most of bluedart office has capacity of processing 2000 to 3000 orders in a day.
During festive season pressure goes to 12k to 15k in a day.
during festive season i visit personally to bluedart office, and i see the guy who manages all ebay , parcel, he goes home around night 2am.
and once they missed parcel 2 times, that manager of ebay parel came to pick up at my home personally.
since that day i have stopped complaining to bluedart, as i can understand they are putting full efforts but few things are out of control.

viveka atleat have some vivek-aa —its been only 2-3 days & so much of hungama

during aazadi sale i had recd the LED TV in flat 3 days. as its diwali pressure must be there

Where have I said anything against Bluedart? In my opinion, they are the best courier service in the country.

Many sellers use to tell me that if I place the order before 4 pm on any day, they will do same day shipping. That’s what powership offers us. Atleast it should be next day shipping. Otherwise there is no point in choosing a powership seller over others. The entire mischief was done by ebay when they mentioned the weight of a TV parcel as 1 kg. Their negligence has cost me two more days. Do you guys mean to say that it’s allowed even if it’s Diwali time? Moreover, they are bound to explain what really happens there. But they kept repeating readymade phrases without listening to what I had to say.

The entire issue is about how a business is carried out here, not about my whims and fancies. Will they do such a thing in America? The result would be disastrous for them if they treat a customer like that.

If you guys say this is normal, then there is no point in discussing this. Once we take things for granted and supply rationalizations for that, then there is no use of such forums at all.
Let’s stick to saving money alone and not worry about respect then.

WAKE up only reality is u have paid & will have to wait till it gets delivered- u r helpless – @mercy of ebay- dont waste time , energy for this

@viveka- bluedart is good..no doubt..over half of my packets are delivered the next day and majority of them are delivered by second day…fedex is slower than bluedart..but, these things do happen..he got powership just now…festival pressure…poor service from ebay.. contact bluedart office whom the pick up is issued or their cc..only they can escalate the booking..

Yes, I did. The result is quite impressive. Their senior executive has promised to pick up today and deliver tomorrow.

DOTZOT is getting delayed because of little mistake by Ebay.

they took orders and DOTZOT was not ready with some codes.
My 5 day old parcels got shipped yesterday so dotzot in on track now.
But i think nothing will change, as changing name will not change their services they are franchise based.

I will still stuck to bluedart and fedex as we can’t compromise with our services.

We have kept bd and fedex on our priority list. if not serviceable by both of them then only DOTZOT.

^ tough to rein the local offices , they just move at their own pace

Ebay sucked but Bluedart rocked.
The item was dispatched at 12 noon from Chennai and delivered at 4.30 pm in Pondicherry (yesterday). Great service by Bluedart. They have got a very good customer support.
