This is ridiculous. Delivery agents are not supposed to hand over the box to the customer before receiving the money in case of COD.

That striked my mind when i read the article, Unless untill the delivery guy is a Noob/Fool ,
How can someone take the parcel inside and return it with a look alike box ?

Moreover there is a sticker with Barcode of E-commerse company attached in the box, even if they collect the packet while returning to E-commerce/Seller they must be going through Bar code scanner again !

These Stupid staffs should be blamed for negligence as first !!
