Encashit.com not paying cashback amount

I have some pending cashback at encashit.com from jan/feb 2016 whenever i mail them regarding my pending cashback amount i always got a pre-written reply

It usually takes 2-3 working days from the ordered date to update cashback to your Encashit account. Initially cashback will be updated to pending status, after 8-12 weeks your cashback will be validated. The reason for 8-12 weeks is online stores have return and cancellation policies,so we get validated reports only after cancellation period.
