Know about the Fruits: How healthy is to Eat fruits ?? Eat atleast 1 fruit per meal, cycle the fruits for every meal….so by this way, you will taste a new fruit every time, and ur body gets new micro nutrients… Fruits like berries — Strawberries, blue berries, cranberries should be consumed almost daily to have a good healthy body… Eat an Apple a Day…it keeps the doctor away… Somethings to Know about fruits: 1.) if you are having some stomach discomfort, indigestion etc….regularly….then try to consume just 1 piece of pineapple twice daily….its the best fruit to help in your digestion…it digests the protein well.. 2.) coming back to DD after 6 months…..feeling refreshed and getting some new energy after logging into DD…. I will try my best to continue this thread…..and anyone can post some good and relevant information on fitness in this thread…. Dymatize Elite is really one among the best whey proteins in the market, but in-order to say something more, it will be better if i get ur goal, age, height, weight, training experience…..??? If you feel bored of the whey, try to go for Protein Blends….they are good and it releases protein in various intervals……while whey is very effective when you take in immediately after training and in the morning…… so try with protein blend….example always try to cycle your supplements every 3-4 months, because your body once used to a supplement…it will not be effective…so try to cycle it after every quarter…….and same applies to the training…don’t stick with same routine all the year….change it every 3 months…. If you feel i’m wrong……I’m sorry….Enjoy… Ram |
