You can combine 15 while making payment. If you however decide to add GV into wallet then you can use any number of GVs.

Okay so I see you’re unable to pay using wallet. But I remember having bought a memory card using EGVs for payment (without adding them to wallet).
When u scroll down on that page (whose screenshot you’ve shared), do you get an option to pay using EGV?

We can’t pay via wallet but we can pay by adding gift card in the payment page (but maximum 15)

2. You can add any number of GVs to your wallet. But when you pay directly with GVs at the payment page, only a max. of 15 can be applied.

Important notice: Both GVs and wallet will not work when you have items from different sellers in the cart. That is, the cart can carry any number of items but from a single seller for GV or wallet to be utilized.

I guess what you have in wallet in WSR cash (that which FK issues as apology notes or promotional stuff) and not GV cash. Hence, the error.

That’s not any promotional stuff or something, actually i have purchased a item worth 1000 by adding two 500 rs gvs, later when they didn’t shipped in time i have cancelled it and got the refund in wallet(my bad),
and after one month i ordered the same product, and there was price drop of 34rs,

That’s not the case. I am able to utilize my wallet cash refunded against cancellation on sellers other than WSR. If it is GV cash, then it should be transferable. Is it?

might because its coming under “refund”
And That’s the issue

Edit: The case is 6 months old when there was no option to add GV on wallet, it can be the reason too

Arey, I’m telling you repeatedly I’m able to transfer refunded GC as well. Are you kidding me? Does it show up as GC cash or WSR cash in your wallet (on App)?
