First they took off my 520Rs wallet and even after raising an issue over it 3 times, they closed that incident without doing anything.
Now today i placed moto e and one other item in sbi 10% off offer , around 8k rs got deducted from my bank account and within 5 minutes flipkart cancelled my order saying

Wtf, when did flipkart started confirmation for paid orders and fyi i was not unreachable…a customer executive told me there is some technical fault going on.
Now , i dont have more money in my sbi bank account to reorder this and they will refund after 2 weeks
Bullshit thing….flipkart is really get worst day by day….

Explain them and request to refund as wallet amount. So, u can place order immediately. But you won’t get SBI card discounts.
Fight them to give some wallet amount for this cancelled order

same think happening with me even when i am fk first subscribed….then i contacted cc and they told me me account blocked because of using my mobile no in multiple accounts….mail to customer care and ask to reactivate your account.
i stopped using all my old accounts.. using new email and new accounts with new sims

lol guys update ur emails same happened with me i lost my promotional money , so if u had 10 or more orders which u cancelled before or may be flipkart cancelled them then u may be in list of blocked users
so make a new account with new no , or update ur email in your account otherwise ur orders will never be processed

True that. Flipkart is checking on accounts who are abusing the system. If you have wallet in your account, spend now on any product.
Create a new account with fresh email and move on to looting again. you cant expect them to keep adding wallet balance for every cancelled order.
my prepaid order showd 30th delivery booked on 12th but today booked one on cod giving 29th as delivery date. ordered for fun

Is ur num linked with 4-5 email address’ or 10-12 orders cancelled altogether or anything else ??
It wud be of great help if any1 cud explain in detail…

MAY YOU GET UR REFUND SOON OR I SUGGEST TO REFUND MONEY IN WALLET, THEY DO IT IMMEDIATELY….
Just write a mail directly to sachin. i did the same when my MI powerbank was not delivered on time. i canceled the order and next day i got a call from some senior executive that they refunding the money and sending powerbank free of cost.

yes Vivek they expect this.
sadly; the free money flow from VCs comes with riders and after blunders of Sony or KB [Future Group] raising valid issues with Competition commission.. FK has to plug all bleeding points.
selling anything below landed cost (in case of imports) is by-passing the law (illegal)

they were unable to deliver order in a day so they changed the deliver status themselves to next day delivery as suggested by customer without even calling me once.
