Fraud by shopclues
Recently in the contest like other dimers,i also won a 150 rs gift voucher,which i redeemed in favour of purchase of a bulb adding 20rs more in the purchase after 5-6 days they cancelled the order saying courier partner is unable to deliver your location,though i live in a place where all companies deliver products very easily,so after cancelling they refunded rs 20 which i paid extra apart 150 rs gift voucher
now i emailed them about gift voucher so their reply was-

normally they will provide refund back to GC, if it is ordered thr GC…. this GV, something diff i think, so ask for replacement.

even shopclues eat my GV worth Rs.111 brought during mobiwik 90% CB. they refunded my amount to my GV but dint active my GV. I mailed them 100 times from my both account that is GV used while placing order and from account from which i had purchased GV. but still now they have not activated my GV yet. and each and every time i got all non sense reply from them.

Try twitter. I got some issue with shop clues and asked in twitter and they resolved it by next day.
