He told me that this offer will come frequently live but the fact it was last live on 2014. I read most part of the chat and that person said he would reveal it when he pays 100 paytm. So in actuality that guy robbed/crooked him by giving information or rather misinformation. The deal was actually he would tell which offer he used if he pays 100 paytm (so the deal is justified if you consider this) and he said that you can avail this when this offer becomes live again(the chances of this being true is too low). So I do not know whether this is a fraud or not.
