2 years ago I visited dermatologist for hair loss problem and 2 different doctor prescribed same medicine- Minoxodil and Finasteride, after reading about Finasteride that it leads to " erectile dysfunction and low sex drive" 
in future so I stopped taking it after 1month. And after using Minoxodil for 2 month i lost patience to apply daily on head. Recently I have started taking these pills for my hair by reading on internet- Biotin 10000mcg, Saw palmetto 450mg, Multivitamin, Ashwagandha. 
Now my question is that any of these supplement can cause hair loss ? (creatine, bcaa, glutamine, whey protein, NO xplod) I googled about creatine 50% people are saying "yes". So should i stop using creatine and NO xplode ? Also I use helmet while riding bike and lock it to bike grab tail, and again I use it. Can dirty helmet cause hair loss ?
Guys, what is the solution for such male pattern baldness, I know I cant stop it, but i want to slow it down. What precaution should i take ? Neither I smoke nor drink alcohol. Still facing hair loss.

@kool Use Indulekha Bringha hair oil… It is very effective in reducing hair loss. It might not help to grow hair but after i started using it, the hair fall has reduced a lot. If your helmet is too tight and if you drive around too much, try to get a helmet which creates more air flow…

Shave it for time being if you feel so low or not confident.
Dirty helmets can be culprit but wear skull cap and clean them every other day for personal hygiene. If you use soft water thats fine else squeeze lemon and use with hard water even I wash the face with soft water no matter what (kinley costs you that much) and also stop using chemicals for bleach in shampoo, many DOCs suggest Dove and so you can take a look into them.

glue and clip hair extensions (two types), many are using this nowadays… it looks natural and original… Recommended is clip… glue monthly maintenance cost is high like 600rs ..

It’s a good shampoo but it doesn’t help with hairloss. Yes, the other ordinary shampoos in the market are absolutely harmful for hair(personal experience).

Today I bought new helmet, and I drink lemon+honey+green tea mixed water early morning. But i didnt knew this that tank/tap water can also cause hair loss and i use either himalaya hair fall shampoo or head & shoulder, tried patanjai kesh kanti but its hard shampoo.
