Google karlo bhai.
eBay is the best place to buy such things. I bought a micro-SIM cutter a couple of years back for my iPad and then bought a nano-SIM cutter last year for the new phones.
Bye from local shop for 30rs

I don’t think a SIM cutter is available for 30 bucks anywhere in Bangalore or Hyderabad. Not sure which city @goss8877 lives in. When I inquired two years back, the lowest price I was quoted was 50 for cutting of one SIM and a SIM cutter was not available in any of the mobile markets I visited. That’s why I decided to order a SIM cutter from eBay for about 250 bucks (then) to avoid the inconvenience and repeated costs.
Bengal here

So let me get this right. Are you saying that one can purchase a “SIM Cutter” for 20 bucks in your local market in Bengal? I hope you understand the difference between buying the SIM cutting equipment, which looks like a stapler, vs. paying for the SIM cutting service.

for 156 http://www.ebay.in/itm/Sim-Cutter-normal-to-mic...
use coupons and buy what you need ;;;-}
i already bought many for 10/20/30……. rs. a long time ago
Gifted them and many others lost ; now others to whom i gifted these provide me the free sim cutting services (pay back time)
Alternatively if u need a micro sim (the one used in mi3;pantech burst etc.) and not the nano sims used in the iphones(might work but cant confirm as i never had the opportunity to use these phones) u can simply cut the sim using scissors/razors approximately to make them work
