Help needed regarding Udio to bank transfer!

I transferred certain amount to my bank from Udio wallet on 28th May, but it hasnt beem reflected in my bank yet.
emailed udio- they say from their end transfer to my bank is successful and gave me the UTR Number of the transfer done
checked with bank but they say they havemt received the amount yet .
what to do?
both of em not provonding amy solution
plz guide and help,its almost 1 week since I transferred from my udio wallet to bank

Raise a complaint with Udio. It is lying with them somewhere. Happened with me as I entered wrong account details. 
maybe you have given wrong bank details by mistake.
so first do check the beneficiary in udio acc.

mailed udio….they say from their end the transaction is successful to the beneficiary bank account and provided the UTR number again

If i am not wrong udio trnsfer money via NEFT.
If the NEFT transaction is not credited or returned within the stipulated time then the banks are liable to pay penal interest.
So i dont think there is any problem with banks side.
Generally NEFT transfer takes 24 hours to 7 days max.
So what you can do is to mail udio regarding this.
If there no fault in your side tell them you are going file a complain in consumer court forum for harassing you.
thats what you can do.
Tweet them , Mail them nd see the result.
Mailed them…..they are asking for the bank statement details of last 10 days for investigation …will it be safe giving them the bank statements
