Help needed related to paying electricity boll online

Hello friends,i have some doubt related to paying electricity bils online
if we pay bills online like through paytm,they dont provide any recipt,like a machine do in the offices of electicity board
so suppose something happens and we are asked to show paid bills and they claim that bill is not so what should we do then

In other aps also you can do the same or show them the order id and confirmation message
