Help : Ticket compliments Elite gift card

bought 2 2k elite gift cards from shopclues during oxygen offer period without knowing much details about them
Today only I got to know that they won’t work online 
and they work nly in selected outlets..
In their affiliated stores they are showing mcd, dominos images.. But also they mentioned “Note: Valid in select outlets and cities only . For more details on network please visit our affiliate directory.” In that directory they listed out very few outlets.
Now what is the best way to use those cards? Will this card works at every mcd, dominos outlet?? plz help.. 4k
