Got following mail from helpchat
Hi,
I’m really sorry to know that you are unable to access coupons on Helpchat. I know how frustrating it can be when you can’t apply any coupons on Helpchat. You will still be able to transact across various categories.
We would like to inform you that we have checked our records and found that your account has been involved in activities which are in breach of Helpchat Terms & Use.
In accordance with the Helpchat policy, you won’t be able to use any Helpchat coupons on the app or earn referral bonus.
As a precautionary security procedure,we’ll need to verify the following documents to lift the ban:
Govt approved ID Proof of residence Registered Mobile number.Can you please share the above documents? After verification of your documents, we should be able to lift the current ban on you not being able to apply coupons.
