I also had similar problem when electricity bill was still showing pending after few days
On contacting them, I got a reply that from their side Airtel DTH recharge is showing successful
I don’t have airtel dth

They have sent off all the customer support guys and they never reply to the mails sent by us. When we buy their deals they say the deal is expired within days of buying it. They have started looting us, so i have simply uninstalled their and stopped using them

We see too many negative comments for helpchat.
Even security issues with their mobile app. They track users activity/data…
Too much of issues with their customer support also

Surprising thing is that, despite of too many issues, complaints, negative feedback – I have seen their deals as FPD. Even with few comments/likes (2 likes – is this what DD is??)

And the day, when I started a thread with above comment, my thread was removed. Sayiing that you cannot have single liner thread.
Arey, when we see and experience a company doing fraud, where we will go? Is this not a right platform to discuss and create awareness?

dont buy the deal coupons from helpchat they block users after its used

This portal was AKOSA before.
Now they changed name of the portal
its understood if a start up does such mistake, but such a team who had already managed AKOSA.com, just cannot do such things

@sunnie My old phone dint have this permission manager so if i booked train ticket on the day of journey it used to ask me if i needed cab If i open cricbuzz it used to pop up cricket alert notification so i uninstalled it from that.
But now as my phone has marshmellow I blocked all permissions for helpchat except location so how much ever it tries it cant access my files, sms and calls!! I was using only 1 helpchat acnt as most of the times i prefer booking uber instead of ola and for food I prefer home food than hotels. SO I was never an active user in that.
I wont mind if they block me for any stupid reason but they stealing my personal data is a strict NO.
